Looking Back to Move Forward: Tide Power Holds 2025 Review & 2026 Planning Meeting

At the turn of the year, Tide Power convened its 2025 Annual Review and 2026 Strategic Planning Meeting on January 3–4. The company’s senior leadership gathered to comprehensively reflect on the past year’s achievements and challenges, and to chart a clear course for 2026.

Department heads engaged in focused discussions on core competitiveness, global market dynamics, product and technology development, and customer service responsiveness. Despite a volatile international environment, Tide Power successfully expanded key overseas markets, accelerated the rollout of natural gas generator sets and solar-diesel-battery hybrid energy solutions, and continuously upgraded its service systems. 2025 marked a year of remarkable growth—and laid a stronger foundation for the journey ahead.

Rex Tan, the general manager of Tide Power,  commended the team for their outstanding sales performance and unwavering dedication throughout 2025. He outlined the company’s strategic direction for 2026 and beyond, emphasizing that as Tide Power celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026, the company remains steadfast in its mission: to deliver professional, reliable energy solutions and become a truly trusted partner for customers worldwide.

Moving forward, Tide Power will continue to strengthen its six core business segments—diesel generator sets, gas generator sets, general machinery, energy storage systems, after-sales services, and IPP projects—offering more diversified, digitally enabled, and globally integrated solutions. We are committed to enhancing our core competencies and building a more agile, high-performing leadership team to power sustainable growth.

After days of strategic dialogue, the team came together for a collaborative off-site team-building session—dancing, sharing, and connecting beyond titles. In moments of laughter and open conversation, trust deepened, alignment strengthened, and collective energy was renewed.
