From 10th to 12th January, Tide Power successfully held a meeting on 2024 work summary and 2025 work plan. The theme of this meeting is 'Heart and Soul Together with Clients Come as Prime Concern'.

Looking back to 2024, Tide Power has been united and moving forward steadily. Our team has worked closely together to achieve the set goals, and through our unremitting efforts and outstanding performance, we have sown the seeds of trust and satisfaction in the hearts of each and every one of our customers. These seeds will gradually take root and germinate over time, becoming a solid foundation for the deep partnership between us and our customers.

During the meeting, the heads of each department took the stage one by one to give a detailed and in-depth summary and analysis of various work indicators, project execution, market expansion results and internal management optimisation, and shared their valuable experience and profound insights in the work of 2024. Mr Rex, Managing Director, clarified the global development objectives and reform and development direction for 2025, and deployed the work priorities for 2025, outlining a blueprint for 2025 full of challenges and opportunities.

After the compact and efficient meeting, Tide Power cleverly organised a series of activities aimed at enhancing team cohesion, so that all members could share a relaxing and interactive team time in between the intensive meeting schedule. A series of ice-breaking games and team challenges enabled employees to enhance mutual understanding and trust, and to learn how to better collaborate and communicate in a team while releasing work pressure, laying a solid foundation for the company's future common goals.
